The Club has an obligation to its membership. The role of the Notification Officer belongs to the Club Vice President. All major injuries and major personal harm resulting in hospitalisation is to be reported by any member to the following:

The Notification Officer will then contact the member or the Sub Branch, or other members in the locality to ensure welfare support and assistance is provided to the subject member.
