| 27 June 09 | Club voted in by membership. Unanimous vote to form Military Brotherhood MMC. |

| 28 June 09 | Incorporation documents filed (4 weeks). |
| 28 June 09 | Domain name and hosting for website confirmed. |
| 29 June 09 | Preliminary (draft) Club logo raised. Preliminary Club name and logo filed with IP Australia for inspection and confirmation. |
| 30 June 09 | External meetings arranged with UMC reps to confirm various aspects of Club structure, management and operations. |
| 03 July 09 | Club meeting to confirm new processes, back patch arrangement, and voting in of new member. |
| 04 July 09 | Further external meetings to confirm various arrangements. Club logo (components/style) to be reconfirmed after further meetings. |
| 09 July 09 | Breast patch style and arrangement now confirmed. Patch to go out for draft production at embroiderer. |
| 12 July 09 | Readjustments to breast patches re colours. Patch design nearly finalised with embroiderer. |
| 15 July 09 | Further readjustments to breast patches re colours. Advice from Fair Trading - incorporation of MB complete. Bank account to be raised. Prev accounts to be transfered and closed. |
| 20 July 09 | Pres and Sec advised of meeting with UMC this Thu . Enquiries from military members Australia-wide being received. Two States now interested in raising Chapters. TBC. |
| 23 July 09 | Invitation from UMC to talk about the Club and various elements. |
| 24 July 09 | Ex service members from Townsville contacted Secretary to advice possible establishment of new Chapter. Advice and direction provided. Members to advise next week of outcomes. |
| 27 July 09 | DVA advised that 'Saluting Their Service' grant approved for Club to conduct UN Day Commemoration Service on 24 October 2009. |
| 04 August 09 | Townsville advise by 'Chapter Return' of numbers of ex-serving and serving members and Sierra Squad membership who will comprise Townsville affiliate. |
| 07 August 09 | Meeting held with Gold Coast membership to vote on 'Location Rocker' for affiliates. Passed unanimously that no location rocker would be worn. This will then ensure that the MB is a nationwide club of members, and not a nation of Chapters. |
| 17 August 09 | Final adjustment to Club logo. Reintroduction of Federation Star after discussions with UMC. |
| 04 September 09 | Meeting to discuss DPNU, back patch, runs for remainder of year. Back patch to be implemented on confirmation of Townsville Chapter Dec/Jan. DPNU now being produced. |

| 10 November 09 | Letter mailed to RSL Canungra re building and dedication of new UN Day memorial at Canungra |
| 18 November 09 | Certificates of Appreciation mailed to all VIPs and MCC who attended UN Day 09. |
| 21 November 09 | Email from prospect PIRATE in Perth. Appears some disatisfaction with another MMC, with warnings about operating in WA. UMC WA contacted for assistance. Membership on hold for prospect. |
| 29 November 09 | Application received from another prospect PYRO in Perth. |
| 05 December 09 | Advised by Veterans Indemnity Training Association that our application for membership had been approved. |
| 19 December 09 | After lengthy communications with UMC WA, clearance obtained for club members to operate in WA. memberships of two prospects now active. |
| 30 December 09 | Change of mind by UMC WA. Have advise us that no MB members will be permitted to operate or ride in WA. No reasons provided. |
| 19 January 10 | Contact made with UMC QLD and awaiting reply from UMC NSW re MB members. |
| 22 January 10 | First meeting for Gold Coast Chapter for 2010. Three Nominees voted in for full Service Membership. National Committee discussed and endorsed Townsville Chapter, having satisfactoraly completed their probation period. Congratulations to all. Membership voted to change the name of the position called 'Sgt At Arms' to 'Club/Chapter Sgt Major (CSM)'. All agreed. Discussed 'Operation Visit a Vet'. All agreed good initiative. Discussed building of UN Memorial at Canungra. Endorsed.
